Hey ALN!

Whats your thoughts on using ETS and RESULTS on an off week and/or a deload week?

ive never taken ets but youll be fine with results on an off week. ive done it before when i went to indiana for a week.

I guess I should clarify.

I have the option of taking plain creatine mono during the deload/off week and can do that, but will there be any real benefit by taking RESULTS during an off week?

you could take just the creatine but results has beta analine(sp?) in it also. so to get the full effects of the ingredients in results you should keep taking it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Beta Alanine is the same as creatine, you need it daily, and HMB as well.

I recently went on vacation for a week and a half. Didn't take any supps which means I didn't take my ETS. The first day I got back I did squats and had serious DOMS for 4 days. Next vacation I will be taking my ETS with me even if I don't plan on lifting.

Keep taking the RESULTS as the ingredients build up in your system (which is why it takes a bit of time for the product to really kick-in).

i second what chris said.. keep taking both. it'll build up faster in your system during a deload because you're not burning it up during workouts and have more thump when you get back into it! how's that oly lifting coming brutha!
