I'll try to post a detailed log of all my workouts here, I plan to start Monday.

Let me give a little bit of background here. I'm 135 pounds dripping wet, I haven't worked out since God knows when, I smoke, and today I worked out after getting about 3 hours of sleep last night.
I ate the following:
Sourdough Jack burger, curly fries, 2 energy drinks (1 Full Throttle, 1 Monster)
Sad diet, hm?
Anywho, I plan on sticking with this, and everybody has to start somewhere, so here goes. Today was chest and back day. I plan on stopping smoking again soon, very soon, and starting multivitamins.
Bench Press:
Set 1: 90 pounds 7x
Set 2: 80 pounds 10x
Set 3: 80 pounds 10x
Set 4: 80 pounds 6x
Flies:
Set 1: 40 pounds 10x
Set 2: 40 pounds 10x
Set 3: 40 pounds 10x
Rows:
With 20 pound plate,
Set 1: 10x
Set 2: ditto
Set 3: ditto
Lat Pulldown:
Set 1: 40 pounds 10x
Set 2: 45 pounds 10x
Set 3: 45 pounds 10x
Incline Pushup:
20x
