cardio is usually monday-thurs. elliptical/treadmill/heavybag depending on the day. i go Krav Maga once a week if im lucky, but its a badass workout.

5 days a week i usually range between 2000-2200 cals, weekends is more like 2500-3000. ill prob diet until 175 lbs or so, then maintain.

crappy day. 30 min of eliptical. 20 min of heavy bag/jumprope.

had maybe 1700 cals at the most

180 pro 100 carb 45 fat

got passed over for an OREOS commercial i was supposed to work on today. worked on a tv show luckily. less money but oh well.

wednesday. off due to work 4/10

ate decent. about 2000 cals. 200 pro 160 carb 60 fat

Great! They are boadcast here as well on NBC, for ED and Showtime for the other two. I watch "Sex and the City" and "OZ" occasionally. I've heard of "ED" but I never seen it. Do you have any speaking roles on these shows?
