Hey guys, I have been working with my squats for weeks now trying to improve them. It seems I had all the bugs worked out other than my lower back rounding and leaning forward a bit too far. Here are 2 videos from today. I got 2 different angles because in the one video the power rack post is right in the view of my lower back.

I am new to GM's and this is my 3rd time I believe doing them and I am just looking for any tips possible to point me in the right direction of proper form. As always, thanks guys.

Good morning look pretty good. Squat depth is fantastic. Get more of an arch, push your chest out, and maybe even sit back some more if you are comfortable doing that. Watch the squat rx videos, Sensei has one just on your situation, rounding at the bottom.

Thanks for your input, the GM's feel uncomfortable so I figured my form wasn't very good. but I am slowly working on them keeping the weight light. I watch the Squat Rx video's all the time. They have helped me a great deal. There is a big difference from the way my squat feels vs. the way it looks on camera. Every rep I take a big breath and stick my chest out but as I get in the hole it is so hard to keep that arch.
