Hey guys, I have been working with my squats for weeks now trying to improve them. It seems I had all the bugs worked out other than my lower back rounding and leaning forward a bit too far. Here are 2 videos from today. I got 2 different angles because in the one video the power rack post is right in the view of my lower back.
I am new to GM's and this is my 3rd time I believe doing them and I am just looking for any tips possible to point me in the right direction of proper form. As always, thanks guys.
