View Full Version : Miso Soup for breakfast

I'm a big fan of Miso soup for breakfast sine my wife is Japanese. Instead of fatty breakfasts I choose Tofu!

Anyways here's all you need to make your soup:

Miso Paste
Tofu
Carrots
Onions
Spinach or Seaweed

Start off by slowly boiling 2 cups of water with your vegtables
Add 2 tbsp of miso paste
Add seaweed and chucked tofu
That's it, done!!

It's healthy and goes great with toast.

Eggs, Maple Bacon, Bagels, Hash Browns > Onions, Carrots and Seaweed for breakfast;)

No doubt you will live longer than I! :thumbup:

I love miso soup.
But I wouldn't want it for breakfast.
The morning is for grease and sugar, get out of here with your vegetables.
