You beast! hahaha! When I do those at the gym people are always curious... I actually got a friend to do it and he could not do 1 rep with the same weight he could rep 5 times the regular way.

I used to do a lot of static pressing, my max was always 50 lbs or so less than my touch n go. Seeing you move 585 is unreal.

Whats your best raw bench Kong? 650 or something yes? Looks like to me you're chasing mendelson's record ;)

Definitely ridiculous!!! I tried static presses a couple months ago and could do about 40-50 lbs. less than my best touch-n-go. Truly amazing.
