Thanks, right now I'm playing with the idea of doing alittle powerlifting again. I'm 32. 5'10-5'11 265lbs. I would like to cut down to 240 but dont care to diet to do it. Honestly if I hit 275 it would be ok with me. I like to keep as much size as possible.

You are built for size, 240lbs would be too small for you imo.

huuge man. like you other said if you dieted down you'd be massive, i hear it's fun to carry around alittle extra bf% though from time to time, especially during the colder months of the year..hell even in the summer lol.

I have been working out now on and off for the last 16 years. About 8 years ago I was actually around 275lbs and alittle leaner. I layed off for a few years and have been back at it hard again for a little while now. Not exactly where I want to be but getting there.
