I am confused about Met Rx Cr10. I just purchased this creatine and I wanted to take it after using a hi glycemic carb(maltodextrin) but the directions say take on an empty stomach and don't eat for 30 min. after taking the creatine. Could someone tell me how I can incorporate Cr10 into my post workout correctly? Has anyone tried Cr10?

sorry but i have not used this creatine. It may already contain sugars in it...

what makes it any different from creatine monohydrate?

It is an effervescent transport system with 5 grams creatine, 2 grams d-ribose, phospahates and 3 grams glutamine.

I'd still take it fairly close to carbs... maybe prep it right as you leave the gym, then get some real food in your stomach ASAP. We sell some, I'll be at work soon, so I'll check it out.

I would really appreciate that

i think the reason they ask you to wait is to allow the transport/absorbtion system to kick in and since most small meals pass out of the stomach within 20 min you shoulds be cool with .5 hour

If you eat a lot of food then you will dilute out the transport additives thus losing their effectiveness

presonally, i would save many $$$ by just buying some of the pure monohydrate and eating your carbs with it. Maybe some ala in there
