Wanted to post these as a reference .I have been bulking/lazy for 10 years and suprisingly retained a good amount of muscle. I have a physical job. I'm eating healthy as all hell and am gonna take salmon oil and multivitamins . Going all natural, no sups.
--I am now doing cardio 6 days a week and a full body workout 3 days a week. Stats are 5' 10" 202lbs. as of 2/19/09 . My goal is 175 or 180 range and getting cut up. Comments welcome. And any advise or question feel free to ask.
