Hey guys. I have never really gotten too technical with my diet. I just knew if i was trying to cut id eat less calories and if i was trying to bulk id eat more calories. Now i want to try to take my diet to the next level and have a question about Macros. When trying to calculate your Macros do you count your protein/carbs/fat by the gram or by calories? Im a little confused. Sorry for the Noob Q.
