below is my revised diet, comments please. i dont know that i'd call it a cutting diet but it differs from my previous diet in the sense that i removed most carbs and i upped my protein intake. my goal is to lean down to 8-10% bf. right now im 5'10, 170 and probably at around 12-14%.

i tried a ckd diet before and i didnt really care for it. i looked great physically but my workouts sucked and the cravings were insane.

the sour cream and cheese are in very small amounts. maybe 1 tbsp of sour cream, and the cheese i just sprinkle on for flavor. and yes i do like jalapenos.

the first shake is breakfast, the second is post workout.

2 scoops whey (~40-50g)
12oz skim milk
2 bananas
1 cup oatmeal

4 eggs
< 2 tbsp sour cream
1/8 cup shredded cheese
diced jalapenos

-----------------------

1 chicken breast
< 2 tbsp sour cream
< 1/8 cup shredded cheese
diced jalapenos

-----------------------

carb solutions protein bar (p/c/f = 21/2/9g)

-----------------------

2 grilled hamburgers w/a piece of white bread or small bun with a little ketchup (< 1tbsp) and jalapenos

2 scoops whey (~40-50g)
