This was my first meet in USAPL collegiates. I bombed all of my squats because I didn't think I would be able to hit depth with anything under 490 (I now know that's a misconception... lol. Felt sick all the day before and up to the first attempt.

3rd attempt squat... all were similar.

347 bench in shirt that I could basically put on myself. (size 48 F6) angle is bad... sorry.

Critiques and comments all welcome. Sorry the videos are crap. Taken on my camera. If someone can identify flaws in my form, that would be great. I know I used a lot of back on the deadlift, but that was mainly because my quads were cramping and DONE after the squat misses.

Your form looked pretty good on the squats...except for that stance. Quads are for suckas, move those feet out about 8" per side, lol. Your bench is just wrong. You get less out of a shirt than I do, lol. I got 50 lbs out of an old used up blast shirt at the last single ply meet I did and I suck at benching. You are real strong raw, maybe you need to get a Rage X...not that I am one to talk about anyone's bench. The deadlift looked real good and I know that has come on strong for you recently. Technique looked good and the last attempt was strong!

Thanks, CR! I feel if I go any wider, when I get below parallel with it, it really takes a lot out of my squat. If I'm trying to hit a right at parallel squat, I'm much stronger with it. Haven't really figured it out, yet. :p

And yes... 7 lbs. out of my bench shirt sucks. But compared to a raw paused press, maybe it's more like 27 lbs. So that makes me happier... lol. Considering I just got a weight to touch (in a shirt I can put on myself) the week beforehand, I'll take what I can get. haha.

I appreciate the props on the deadlift... that has definitely gone up for me lately. Was hoping for more, but lower body said F that.

My old training partner wore a 48 F6 I believe, and he was 250. Personally from what I have heard the F6 isn't a great shirt, definitely need a better shirt. But good job nonetheless.

Thanks man. The 48 is pretty large... I've seen a few guys hit some really good numbers with the F6 (good bit on these forums), so I don't doubt it's a great shirt, just wrong sizing. I just needed something I didn't need long to work on touching.

Also, the chest emblem is high on this shirt, and everytime I touched it one judge gave me a red light. (so all three attempts were 2 whites, 1 red). WTF? I was touching my sternum, not my lower abs.
