Im glad I decided to do the full meet. I know where Im strong and where Im weak. Need to do more band training in the squat and get stronger through my sticking point. Bench was pretty solid but need to work my lockout more and my shoulders. Deadlift is moving right along, will train my hips and lower back some more. Have set new goals for myself for the Pro/Am in Aug.

Gaols for Aug meet

Squat - 900lbs
Bench - 675lbs
Dead - 725lbs
Total - 2300lbs

Thanks to everyone who was there to help out, ST amkes everything so much easier. My teamates our like my family and without you guys nothing ive done would have happend without your help.
