View Full Version : Romanian/stiff legged deadlift PR last night!

My knees are bent a bit, but I am using no quad drive. I am nursing a quad injury, thus doing my deads this way for now.

No belt. Hook grip. Oh, and yes, it is 625 lbs. The last 45 on each side is black and hard to see in the video.

Nice lift ! Im a techno freak so good choice of music! Metal and Techno should be the stantard music for powerlifting!

Not much of one due to a few injuries. For deads, I am peforming them in the style you see in the video on Sunday working up to a heavy 1-3 rep set. I then do some bodybuilding style stiffs standing on a bench (read deep ROM) for a heavy set of 12-15 on Wednesdays followed by glute/ham raises and other hamstring work.
