How exactly do they claim to burn fat?

From what I've read, it seems to do nothing for you. I don't have personal experience with them though.

It's not terrible on it's own, I'd stack it with something though. EGCG and caffeine are both proven thermo's. My mom is in her 60's and lifts and she cuts with green tea.

I have heard that as well. Sometimes those "fat burner pills" have appetite suppressants in them as well. I would just opt for regular green tea.

Definitely green tea caps. You'd need gallons of the tea to get the EGCG you get in the caps. I'd stack it with bitter orange.

I'm a big green-tea fan in general so I'd always go for the drink just because I enjoy the taste. I have no idea whether the caps are effective.

I will say that if I'm ever feeling a bit under the weather and a bit weak then several pots of good green tea over a couple of days does me a world of good. It's such a weak stimulant that in order to get the caffeine effects large volumes have to be drunk and the buzz is very subtle and very refreshing and alert. It also acts as a diuretic and a vasodilator which may help.

On the weekends if I'm doing nothing else I put in some good-quality sencha in a large teapot, and just keep reinfusing it while reading. I'll drink maybe 15 cups at a time.
