hi, you use always the comp.grip on max effort exercises , right ?
i think it make sense ... the most benchers tell : "use a closer grip on all me-work...and comp.grip only at competition " but with this i got stronger on my medium-grip bench but weaker on my wider grip , thats why i use the wider grip more often now...and it works better.
i bench RAW ... what do you think about it ?
