To those who are cutting, what do you eat for breakfast? I always feel as if I don't eat enough, but I also don't wanna blow all my calories in the mornings. I want to get most of my carbs around my workout time.

3 egg whites one hole egg omlet with some skim milk, ham, and cheese if calories allow.. That should come to roughly 600?? just a guess.
I never both separating the eggs. I just have a 4 egg omlet every morning anyway.
I had 2 scoops of nitrean, 1tbs of peanut butter, and 1tbs of flax oil, with a cup and a half of water for breakfast when I was cutting. It's 50+g of protein and about 450 cals.
