I am seeking advice on types of food to pack for traveling all day on an airplane. I'd like any advice on pre-made meals that would be good to take on an airplane along with any healthy snack ideas. Thanks in advance.

Do a search of the forums for meals that people take to school and work, it's been discussed many times so there should be plenty of good ideas out there.

For me, I just pack a bunch of protein bars. Anything more is too much of a pain, unless I will be gone for a long while.

I use blue diamond prepackaged almonds(raw not Roasted), dried apricots, muscle milk light bars, obviously bottled water, apples, bananas, etc. Before i got laid off i was a traveling service engineer, so i spent plenty of time on airplanes. Just stuff your pockets ahead of time and you will be thankful.
