good job buddy! especially on depth, seems like you know where you are throughout the lift. my suggestion, 2 steps back, set your feet and squat. don't walk back a mile, do a little dance, and then squat. wastes too much energy.

Ok, I'll give that a try. Thanks!

Looks good bro. Better than 98% of the people in most any gym. And 365 @175 is no joke. Looks like the knee wobbled a bit, but very good depth and form overall IMO.
Your form seems to be bit more bodybuilder(olympic without full depth) than powerlifter. Depends on your goals but you could probably get even heavier by changing the form slightly to a powerlifting technique.

Nice squat, good form. I can't view the video anymore for some reason so I forget how wide your stance was, I'm curious to see how ours compare.
I was going to go for 400 today but after walking down in the cold basement I didn't feel like it. Maybe if my legs are so sore from Thursday's squat session I'll do it over the weekend.

Sick form! I know I didn't look that good today when I was squatting. :(
How do your knees feel?

Smalls, what is the main difference between power lifting and body building form?
Berfles, I consider myself to have a pretty wide stance... not huge... hang on I think I have a video from the back... You can see on the last 2 reps when the camera moves.
colt, My knees feel ok. I've only recently started to have any issues with my knees after squatting. A little tightness just below the knee cap.

Yeah that's a good deal wider than I go. I'm only shoulder width or a few inches wider than shoulder width.
365 looks good maybe just stay tighter to help the knees from moving around. 320 looks like the last one or two you see might be a little high

Your knees are going over your toes a little bit, which is why you may feel like you're going deep, but you're just barely hitting parallel [knee above crease of hip].

Painzer- good looking squats. Your knees seem to be out front a little... if you can learn to sit back into the hole a little more, you'll probally nail the depth every rep.
