So I have been reading around and seeing that meals and plenty of them are key to a healthy diet. But I find it very hard to get my 3 meals in a day let alone 6 to 8 meals. I was just wondering what some of u guys do to get around it or it 3 good size meal and maybe some fruit or something for a snack would be ok. I would love to eaat 6 times but dun get the time to do so with school and work.

trust me, there is NEVER any excuse not to eat all day. I had one of the most difficult jobs to make it work. Crazy long hours, traveling all over and never near any sort of decent food establishment. You just learn to pack small items with you at ALL times. Eat them while you work. Almonds and dried fruit will be your best friends. They are stowable and full of belly filling fiber. What kind of work are you in? inside or outside all day? anywhere near a fridge where you can store premade meals? Muslce milk light makes RTD shakes and bars. I by the shakes at costco by the case, and they dont need to be refrigerated. Neither do the bars. Both offer good amounts of nutrition for price and size. I cook all my meals for the week on sunday and gladware them. Makes it easy to grab lunch and go. hope this helps, any other questions let me know. :)

It will make no difference if you eat all of your calories in 2 meals, or 6. Eat in a way that suits you, as long as you get the calories down. Don't believe the over complication of multiple feedings. It is a MYTH.

i go to school full time while in school i have peanuts and a bannana n water then i got to work at a casino i do security from 4 to 12 i get done school at 2:30 and drive, i get 2 half hr breaks when i eat so there is my 3rd n 4th meal but i will try the fruit and nuts in the pocket lol

also what kind of calories should i be takin in? amount that is.
