I'm curious whether anyone on here has ever done back tucks? My buddy taught me them last night and my entire body is hurting right now. I dont think I have ever done something this hard on my abs. What are you opinions?

are you talking about back flips?
they are also called back tucks,
i have done some of those, but not for a while.

Yeah, back flip or tuck, whichever you want to call it. I did about 30 of them, and it absolutely murdered my core and parts of my legs.

yes i used to do those, good for building explosiveness.
