As I said in another post I am getting ready for a competition. The 19th is going to be my last heavy deadlift before the competition (April 3rd). I am schedualed to do rack pulls from just below the knee, but I was thinking that it might be better to go full range of motion. I could do reverse band deads which would be similar to the rack pulls in some ways but also let me work full ROM or I could just do straight deads, pull my opener a few times and call it good. Any advice would be appreciated.
