View Full Version : Feedback on new routine/cycle

Coming back from an injury so took the opportunity to refresh my routine based on what I felt I learned about myself on my last routine. It is essentially SS but yes with a few tweaks to add accessory lifts (my tris need it and I want to be able to do pull ups so added some extra lat work). The schedule is also a bit different because of my travel schedule for work.

Please be honest even if it means being brutal. :) I'm still a total newbie and am still learning every day.

And, yes, I run techincal projects for work so I'm used to planning things out and documenting my plans so I probably sort of dorked out on my documentation for my plan, but, oh well, can't help myself. :redface:
