Just seein what I can do with a long pause. No spotter so I didn't want to go too heavy but I think I could hit 300+ for a pause easy in a meet. Critique away...

Nice bench. You look like you lose a little bit of tightness on the pause. If you get that sorted out, I think 3pps is right around the corner.

Thanks man. You are right, I accidentally took a breath while the weight was on my chest and it made the lift a lot harder then it should have been. I'm very close to putting up 320 on a touch n go but yea a paused 315 would be nice.

Nice job man. Yeah, just try and get your air in and hold it throughout the lift and not lose tightness.

it looks like your grip could come out a bit, and yeah, the tightness at the bottom of the rep thing.

good benching though!

That really depends on the person, use the grip that will let you move the most weight while keeping your pecs/shoulders healthy. My raw bench grip is thumbs from smooth.

I used to live in Bourbonnais but now I am in the very corner of NW indiana, which is still actually a suburb of Chicago. About a 45 minute drive to the middle of the city.
