View Full Version : Diet for my Bodytype

But first I need to know my body type , I have researched all 3 but I really think im bang on the money between Ecto/Endo. if thats even possible.

I am 24, 6ft tall, narrow shoulders, 180lb with the scales reading 20% bf. - I do regular cardio (3 x 1 hour /p week) and I dont eat junk food.

The thing that bothers me is, I think I must be Ecto - but I have alot of "skin" fat on all major bodyparts - legs, bum, lower back, higher back & belly. I can literally pull the skin 3 inches away from my body @ the belly. But not much fat on my arms, lower legs and have a fairly thin face.

Could the 20% bodyfat be an accumulation of working in an office job for 3 years?

I also think If I went on a cut I could loose what little muscle I have and look even worse.

Any expert's advice would be greatly appreciated.

1) Bodytype is meaningless.
2) Scales cannot measure bodyfat
3) At 180 pounds, you need to bulk to 200 before thinking of cutting. You don't have any muscle to lose.
