Dear All,
Just joined the forum, hope there are people out there who wish to share there wisdom:
:)I am overweight and new to bodybuilding/loosing weight :)
My current plan workout plan is (every other day )
I currently have vitamin enriched kellogs breakfast prior to going gym.
Spend an hour on cardio equipment,
eat kellogs breakfast cereal bar (vitamins*need energy to start weight lifting*)
spend 2 hours on weight lifting
eat a off the shelf protien plus power bar (vitamins)
questions
Am I taking in too much vitamins?
Is better advised to do cardio and weight lifting on seperate days, or do you need rest in between weight lifting days?
