Hey everyone
The leather on the pad of my safety squat bar is stuck together on one side, so I've always used it on the other side. Today I realized the camber angle is different on the side where the leather is glued down; it's a helluva lot harder! haha
If I put the glued side down, the camber is swung out almost paralel to the floor. Is this how most people use it? Or was I using it right originally? Or do people use a bit of both?
Thanks :)
p.s. I got it from EFS; pretty sure the brand is Crepinsek
