Im just wondering how I'm going to get off the toilet tomorrow. Hell it was bad enuff with 2 legs.. and now doing it with 1? UGHH I hate leg day.
PS if anyone sees anything could be fixed in these videos to make my squats stronger/ more stable/ or anything, please feel free to critique!!!

I lean too much getting back up and I kept hitting the racks :( thus I walk out. I figure once I get my suit, it might keep me more upright then I wouldn't need to walk out?

Hmm. You lean too much coming out of the hole? If anything, that suit is going to push you forward, and you'll have to sit back into it. Especially when you get the straps up

Dana, do you mean you are hitting the rack on pick? If so, can they lower the setting some more...?? are you trying to pick with your hip/legs not your back?

once i get down, as i start to come up i lean forward and hit the bar holders to the monorack..

Thats just form. You must be leaning over WAY too far to hit those pins, because pulled they come back pretty far.

We got the white EFS mono rack when the bar is released, they dont swing that much.. I guess maybe its just with that monolift? Yeah I'm going down to squat with Jack and Amy next week. So I'll have some better numbers I hope :)

How did you lose your leg if you don't mind me asking? It's very inspiring, did you see the wrestler in the NCAA tourney who made the semi-finals?

in 06 I was throwing a football around and fell into a pot hole. The way I fell, tore my foot up to my ankle off the rest of me. The doc's re-attached it but it never healed right and had constant and many problems. I then made the decision to make my life better and have it taken off so I could get on with my life.. I wish they had done it at the time the inital injury happend. Thats the short story...The long story is of 3 years of hell..

thats awsome i had a friend in high school who had only one leg he was in the 114 weight class and he could squat 385 so keep up the good work u can do as much as u want to

Dana did good, real good on Wednesday. There are things to work on, but she's strong ass hell off a box with a firm pad set at parallel. Set after set, she got under the bar and kept on going. Dana'd miss one, talk it over, adjust things and then get back under the bar.
