Whats a good creatine supplement? I have used cell tech with some success, but lots of sugar and some bloating. I know there are liquid forms and others. Interested in your thoughts. Thanks
Creatine monohydrate powder is a good creatine supplement.
As far as I know, creatine is not stable in liquid form.

When you used Cell-Tech, did you ever get dizzy headed? I took it for about 4 weeks, and I guess I could tell that I was getting a bigger pump in the gym, but I kept getting dizzy headed like I had a good buzz going on or something. I also kept getting a sharp pain in the lower left region of my abdomen. I don't know if either had anything to do with the Cell-Tech or not. I guess I'll find out. I'm going back to the gym starting Monday, after recovering from an injury.

I've had that happen to me a few times too.. I always just thought it was from being so depleted from a hard workout and then getting a crazy 75gram sugar rush (especially if I down it instead of sipping it)....

I have never gotten light headed, but have noticed some lower abdominal pain....interesting. Still have not got any good alternative Creatine suggestions.

Champion Nutrition Xtream creatine is good! It has 6 percent more creatine then leading brands and less sugar then most! I loved the results too! I liked EAS 2.

I've had good results with EAS's Betagen.

IMO betagen is crap. It's got like 2 grams of creatine per serving with alot more HMB (which has turned out to be a flop) and it is really expensive. Turns out to be more than a dollar per serving.

Im taking Cell-Tech now (just til its finished so i can get something cheaper) and i too get that dizzy feeling after workouts. For me i basically feel like complete and utter **** for about an hour after working out (tired/lightheaded/etc.) but it passes, so its not that bad i guess...i guess some people probally get it in different degrees of severity.
