6'0" 200lbs... 23 y/o

it has taken me a year plus to get my rear delts to catch up to the rest of my shoulders (and fix some nasty shoulder girdle protraction).

next two goals include getting wider (needs moar lats) and getting some better quad separation. i don't have any wheel pics up, but a combination of squatting and deadlifting 3x/week for the last six months has pretty much made my legs explode.

i train mostly for strength with a few various bodybuilding related goals mixed in.

Nice work. What kind of exercises are you doing for your rear delts?

deads, pull ups, face pulls, inverted rows (pulled to high chest, not sternum), and occasional delt flies and cable rear delt stuff.
