I know a lot of bodybuilder's like to stretching a little before workingman and even more after working out I was wondering as PL do any of you stretch? If so what types of stretching do you do?

I like to stretch, foam roll, and monster stick twice a day for about 10-15 minutes each time. Its done wonders for my flexibility.

Sometimes I'll do a bit of a dynamic warmup before lifting but normally I don't do anything.

I do a lot of stretching and foam rolling. Stretching for my lower body and shoulders, and foam rolling all over. I do this every day. Like Lones, it has greatly improved my flexibility. I also do a lot of band dislocates every day with a mini band. My shoulders feel so much better since I started doing them.

You roll it on your hams, quads, hips, calves, whatever, while holding on to both ends of the stick
