Hey there,

Can you suggest a routine for me please.

My daily routine is as below: (please suggest calorie intake)

630-1230 moderate-vigorous work

1400 gym work, overall body workout for 90mins (fairly intense)

1600-2200 relaxing in front of tv to be honest.


Can you also give me a proper workout routine for building lean muscle and losing body fat! thanks

Read all the stickies.

Then buy Starting Strength and read that. Then do the routine inside the book.

Track your calories for a week. Then add 500/day. Make sure your macros are in line.

You should focus on building muscle or losing fat. You can only realistically do one at a time.

Use the search function. It'll answer your questions for you.

And, like I said, read the stickies!!!
