To all of those who think taht steroids are magic, pull your heads out of your asses. Steroids are not magic. Average joe moron taking steroids on average joe moron's workout regimen will see very little result from steroids.

I may see good results from steroids, but I'm not ready to start them, I havent reached my full natty potential yet.

Oh, BTW, I dint read that article, and I'm not going to. I distrust links.

LOL-- Ironic that you posted that. I just finished reading the original posting on Supertraining.

It might adapt the musculature to endurance capability, but it won't do anything for the joints, connective tissues, and most importantly the cardiopulmonary system.

They were saying similar things about leptin being a miracle cure for obesity several years ago. Hasn't panned out--not yet at least. I doubt this will either, but I could very well be wrong as I only skimmed the article.

without too much added effort was what i assumed you'd figure out i meant. Same thing goes for couch potato pill, you will still have to work out, but it will help you. They thought steroids would be a magic pill when it first came out too.

We should divide our "Training" forum into "Weight Training" and "Pill Training".

its not that bad, because, imagine how much bigger we could get if some loser could get like that, lol, 500 lbs at 4% seems really sweet.
