Hi im new to the forum.
I am a 235 lb Defensive Lineman for my D3 football team.
Last week i was tested and apparently i have 28% body fat. Complete shock to me. I didn't think i was that fat.
Anyways i need to cut some weight without loosing any muscle. I eat at the commons for every meal where they have just about anything you could want. I try to keep it healthy for the most part. Stay away from fried and greasy foods. (most likely not the best quality due to the several thousands of mouths they have to feed). but there is a large variety.
My question is, what kind of diet should i have to cut the fat? How many calories should i be taking in as well?
