Weight: 10 stones, 7.2 pounds
Body Fat:18%
Accessibility: Barbell, Dumbells, Gym Ball, Bike

I need help making a routine which is effective and efficient. I am also a healthy eater, although I don't know count the calories. By the way, I have a sporting history and weight training history, even if my pictures don't suggest it. I am athletic, but I have recently added on the pounds.
