Okay. I'm getting back into it. Bought new peanut butter today- it has 18g of fat, 12 are mono. There's 1000mg of Omega-3s in each serving, and it's natural! Yay! I also bought some Boca burgers to eat at night as a snack. They're pretty much pure protein.

So here's today:

Total Cal: 1495
Fat: 52.5g, 471 cal, 29%
Carb: 167.3g, 647 cal, 39%
Protein: 127.2g, 525 cal, 32%

Worked back and bi today. Didn't pay much attention to weights, but I am pretty sure it was:

T-Bar- 3*5 with 35
Lat Pulldown- 3*8 with 70
DB Row- 3*8 with 20
Curls- 2*6 with 12.5 (sorer than I'd figured from my mini yesterday)

Then I walked at a 10% grade at 3 mph for about ten minutes and stretched.

(My daily diet is:

Breakfast- 3 boiled eggs, 1 piece low cal toast with 2T PB, 1 c milk
Snack- Apple
Lunch- 1 serving of deli turkey on 1 piece bread, 3 oz carrots, 3 oz celery, 2 T PB (no celery and PB today though)
Snack- 2 oz each: strawberries, white grapes, red grapes; 1 oz blueberries, 1 oz cheddar cheese cubes, 1 c milk
Dinner- 5 oz chicken with marinade, 1/2 serving brown rice, one packet of Steamfresh Singles, either peas or corn, 1 c milk
After gym- Boca patty
