Brief Overview of my workout history:

I started working out at the beginning of this school year (September 2008) and worked with an isolation routine working out almost 6 days a week until I had a knee sprain (January 2009) and started a routine that involves no leg work. I have made very slow gains due to over training while doing the isolation routine and have started to cut down on calories in order to get rid of the excess fat I have put on over the past half a year. I have not really made any serious progress on my lifts in the past two months despite gaining fat so I am cutting until summer break (late April 2009) when I will start Starting Strength and start a clean bulk that I will be able to maintain at home. I have gained around 25 lbs since I started lifting but not all that much muscle.

Current Routine:

Monday (Abs and Chest):

Barbell Bench Press
Dips
Weighted V-ups
Weighted Crunches

Tuesday (Back and Shoulders):

Assisted Pullups
Bent Rows
T-Bar Rows
Barbell Shoulder Press

Wednesday:

Rest

Thursday:

Same as Monday

Friday:

Same as Tuesday

Saturday:

Rest

Sunday:

Rest

My two goals are:

To hit a decently low body fat by the time summer comes.
To hit 220lbs with low body fat by 2012.
