Im 135 - 140 pounds, 15 years old.. started weight training 3 months ago. I started eating 3 meals a day then just added in meals as I adapted to eating 6 times a day.. this is my meal plan..

tuna toast *2 1 cup of milk

Chicken sandwhich

Four n twenty pie.

tuna 2 cups of milk -
#5
Tuna & 2tbsp penut butter -
#6
4 eggs -
#7
half a pizza - or a **** load of pasta
TOTAL CALORIES =2700 - 3000
TOTAL PROTEIN = 180 - 200 grams.
I eat in 2 hour intervals..
so what do you think?
