Mix -

2 jars natural peanut butter
6 oz honey
20 scoops protein powder (I use Walmart Advanced Protein cheapo)
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
2 cups rice crispies (optional)
2 cups granola (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 cups mini fat free marshmallows (optional)

This will yield very roughly
680g Fat of which 80g is Saturated Fat
540g Carbs of which 75g is Fiber
780g Protein

Adding the marshmallows will increase these carbs.

This makes roughly 60, 200 calorie Balls of Glory.

Eat only 1-2 a day, as they are high in fat. 1 batch is good for a 1 month bulk dosed at 2/day or a 2 month recomp dosed at 1 ball/day.

Do you heat the marshmellows and peanutbutter like you would for rice crispy treats?

I didnt. But you will grow huge forearms mixing this brew.
You can add a bit of milk if it is too dry, but dont overdo the milk or you will have sloppy balls.

And this cost me like 20 bucks to make, which is cheap compared with bars

Yeah those look awesome. I'll have to make some when I start my bulk at the end of the summer.
I bet throwing some chocolate chips in there couldn't hurt the recipe.

put them in ziplock bags and keep them in the fridge. When you eat them, stick a form on it and eat it.

Are these facts for the whole batch or for each ball?

680g Fat of which 80g is Saturated Fat
540g Carbs of which 75g is Fiber
780g Protein

These sound tasty, not crazy about the name though...Is this in the recipe section also? Might serve better there.
