What constitutes a clean bulk? Eating Healthy foods to get your calories or restricting your eating so that you don't eat well over the amount you need to bulk?

Eating just above your maintenance, watching your macros, and spacing your meals out well (and watching what you eat) so you don't spike your blood sugar too high and put on extra fat.

Clean bulking is often described as eating above your maintenance with good foods such as lean meats, fish, dairy, oatmeal, pasta, rice, whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. Unlike some who think a bulk consists mostly of fast food and refined sugars.
