Probably crap. It has caffeine, but nothing else looks like it would do anything...

im also taking pre-akalyn complex , and protein along with the thermogenix am i gonna get negative affect for my health , and im also taking vytorin 20/10 for my high cholesterol and im 17 years old

The thermo might be a bad idea if your cholesteral is horrible. Dude, 17... cholesteral meds... that freakin sucks.
Unless you eat a 5 lb. tub of protein a day and are morbidly obese, it's fine.

yea i know ive had high cholesterol since i was two .and been taking meds since i was 10 . I always keep my diet clean im 5'9 165 pounds so its not like im overweight but i been tryin to get rid of some extra fat for a while now but have not been getting results so i was told to take the thermogenix by an employee at nutrishop

Don't laugh dude. I work in cardiology research and the docs I work with frequently refer to the heart as the the "third foot".

that supplement is crap. not a single shred of research has shown 'buffered creatine' like cre-akalyn to work any better than creatine monohydrate or creatine ethyl ester.
do yerself a favor and stick to creapure processed Creatine Monohydrate. You can buy it from www.atlargenutrition.com for like $15, 500g. that's 100 daily servings for $15.
