In the last 5 months I have went from 226lbs 19%fat to 212lbs at 9% fat.


I cant get lower. I seem to be getting a little weaker.

My diet is basically high. protein, low carbs, medium fats.

Lots of salads and meats, flax seed oil. Exept on weekends where I eat more carbs.

Any suggestions?

you are asking for suggestions on how to continue reducing bodyfat yes?

well to get leaner but keep strength and muscle fullness.
