Massive Bulking Measures - Shining Protein Balls of Glory
Mix -

2 jars natural peanut butter
6 oz honey
20 scoops protein powder (I use Walmart Advanced Protein cheapo)
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
2 cups rice crispies (optional)
2 cups granola (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 cups mini fat free marshmallows (optional)

This will yield very roughly
680g Fat of which 80g is Saturated Fat
540g Carbs of which 75g is Fiber
780g Protein

Adding the marshmallows will increase these carbs.

This makes roughly 60, 200 calorie Balls of Glory.

Eat only 1-2 a day, as they are high in fat. 1 batch is good for a 1 month bulk dosed at 2/day or a 2 month recomp dosed at 1 ball/day.

These are sloppy balls at room temp, so fridge them and zip lock bag em'

And this cost me like 20 bucks to make, which is cheap compared with bars.

Madscientists Boiled Eggs

Bring large pot of water to boil

Add 2 dozen eggs.

Boil for 20 minutes.

Immediately place eggs into large bowl of cold water or ice water.
This step is crucial because it creates a layer of air between the shell and the egg.

If you dont do this step, your shells will stick to the egg, which is a pain.

Though I do this differently, a trick I picked up for all cooking methods is that if you put small cracks in them before dropping them into the ice water bath, the egg will shrink more effectively.

Also, you'll have best results with eggs that are ~7-10 days old.

The balls of glory? Perfect for cutting, just leave out the honey for less sugar.

1 Can opener
1 Fork
1 Can of B&M Brown bread w/or w/out raisins.

Eat half a can at a time. Perfect for bulking, high fiber slows absorption, good, lasting carbs.

Cornbread Raisin Flax Muffins

Follow recipe for cornbread muffins

Add a ton of raisins.

Add 2 more eggs

Add 1/3 cup more water. Or as necessary.

Add some pancake mix.

Add 9 tbsp milled flax seeds.

Add water/pancake mix as necessary to make it nice and sticky (not too watery).

Makes like 9 muffins (cornbread recipe says 6 muffins, but we added some stuff)

These taste better than anything you could buy in the store.

Since when did BREAD come in a can? Is that an american thing? Just curious, seems like a weird concept to me.
