All you have to do is make some tuna salad with some onions and chopped celery, this doesn't need mayonnaise. Add in a decent amount of cottage cheese, enough until preferred consistency is reached, chop up black olives and mix all together.
Some may not like this, but I find the flavor fine. Spread it on some wheat crackers if you'd like, I like mine with triscuits.
Make as much or as little as you'd like. It is quite filling so if calorie count is what you're looking for, this may not be the best idea.
