All you have to do is make some tuna salad with some onions and chopped celery, this doesn't need mayonnaise. Add in a decent amount of cottage cheese, enough until preferred consistency is reached, chop up black olives and mix all together.

Some may not like this, but I find the flavor fine. Spread it on some wheat crackers if you'd like, I like mine with triscuits.

Make as much or as little as you'd like. It is quite filling so if calorie count is what you're looking for, this may not be the best idea.

I do this all the time, only instead of celery, I put in sugar free relish. Sometimes chop and mix in some hard boiled eggs too. Eat it on a whole grain wrap with romaine and it's the shiz.

I'm thinking about adding some hot sauce or wing sauce to it, like Texas Pete or something.

I may try that tomorrow.
