I'd like some advice on a workout routine that will allow me to work out my upper body while trying to heal my tendinitis (golfer's elbow).

I've had tendinitis for over 4 months now. When I first got it I took two weeks off. For the past 4 months I've been working out, but switching certain exercises and going light weight.

What would be a good upper body routine? I have already started doing sitting DB wrist curls and reverse curls as well as standing db wrist extensions.

Do you think I should just take like 4-8 weeks off from training my upper body and just doing my lower body?

I may need to do this but I would hate to loose all of the gains that I have worked for.
