A normal day for me consists of:
Ripped Fuel at 7:30am
A Protein Shake at 9am
Ripped Fuel at 11am
Grilled Chicken with Brown Rice between 11am and Noon.
A Protein Bar (Nitrotech) at 2pm
A Protein Shake at 3pm
Ripped Fuel at 5pm
Workout from 6pm to 8pm
Dinner at 8:30 to 9pm
The problem I'm having lately is the dinner part. I've been on a low carb diet since December, and I've been fine. But over the past two weeks, I've been seriously craving to unhealthy food. In particularly...Fast food. Burgers. Fries...You get the point. I haven't given in too much, but I was wondering if anyone has any good ways to prepare chicken or fish that doesn't involve more than half an hour to an hour in the kitchen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
