hey guys, I want a place to record my progress so i figured i'd start a journal. i started lifting seriously about a year ago at 138 pounds. I am now 185 pounds with relatively low body fat (i still have some upper amdominal definition, not sure what percentage that indicates). i'll post the closest things i have to progress pics when i get the chance to gather them. I stalled on multiple lifts recently and a deload didn't help the matter, so i'm changing things up by going to a predominantly 5x3 scheme with some drop sets added here and there. anyway, here is my workout for monday, april 6, 2009.
