hey guys, i'm looking for a coach in melbourne to teach me how to bench press properly. I'm good and comfortably with deads, squats etc but my bench really lags both in weight and in technique imo.
i train more like a bodybuilder, and my bench is more like a body builder style, however i'm a fan of my shoulders and pec not be injured so i want to change to more of a powerlifter style. I've watched online vids, guides etc i understand tight back, elbows tucked etc but still having trouble getting it. i really need a PL coach or person trainer will PL experience
any suggestion of good coaches?
