Joining a Powerlifting Gym

I am meeting with someone from the London Powerlifting gym here in Ontario. Membership with the club is cheap, gym membership is cheap, and the times are good. I will see them on Friday in hopes that they will pick my technique apart to a point where I feel like **** lol. I am quite excited as they compete in the IPF, the federation I'm interested in. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

As do I. Apparently one of the guys have broken quite a few records. I don't think I have ever been around a 300lbs PLer before in person haha this will be a first.

Who are you gonna be lifting with BF?

I spoke to Mike Knott. Some other guys include Terry Stinchcombe, Rick Gazdig, and Stan Goss. I don't really know any of their lifting experience to be honest. All I know is that they are stronger than me and can teach me some things.

That was a lot of fun! The gym has people doing strongman, oly lifting, and powerlifting. It ahs all the equipment with calibrated weights and bars and everything from bands to chains and a whole lot more. This is going to be a fun summer!
