I'm a little confused.. for the carb up should I use BMR x 40-50% ? or AMR x 40-50%.
Also.. same question goes for dieting... to lose 2lbs per week, I have to have a 1000 calorie deficit a day from Basal or Activity ?
Right now I've been using activity but I've seen some people on this forum post that for carb up they use BMR x 50% (maybe a typo or misunderstanding of term BMR) ?
Please help.. my carbup day is tomorrow!!! =)
